Terms of Use

1. The game
Dewfall Lantern is a puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All art, characters (including Bo the firefly), text, and code are the property of the developer and protected by copyright.
2. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases (coin packs and the one-time Lifetime unlock) are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. Coins are a virtual item with no real-world value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. The Lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-refundable purchase tied to your Apple account and restorable via "Restore purchases".
3. Fair play
Manipulating leaderboard submissions or exploiting the service is prohibited; we may remove fraudulent entries.
4. Display names
The daily leaderboard shows a display name you choose. There is zero tolerance for objectionable names: names that are obscene, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonate someone else are prohibited, and so is putting personal information (yours or anyone else's) in a name.
Names are screened automatically on your device and on our server. If something slips through, email guvenser09@gmail.com — we review every report and remove offending names within 24 hours. We may reset a name, or bar a repeat offender from the leaderboard, without notice. You can delete your own name and leaderboard entries at any time from Settings → Data → Delete my data.
5. Availability
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change, or discontinue features (including the online leaderboard) at any time. Offline play does not depend on our services.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
